Qualifications This position requires experience in assessment/ appraisal, tax listing, title searching, surveying/ mapping/ geography, or responsible clerical work, graduation from high school, plus additional training of at least one year of college, business or technical school, or a combination of applicable experience and training. Certification as a Property Appraiser by the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue, or ability to obtain certification within six months of employment, is required.
